SifDRY Stationary Drying Oven (415v) (3ph)

Designed for transporting, dispensing and storing your electrode welding rods in warm, dry conditions prior to welding. Drying ovens help reduce your amount of electrode wastage, as well as ensure optimum performance of electrodes that have been moisture compromised. A wise tool to have available, especially when moisture pick-up in your manual arc electrodes is a concern.

The SifDry range offers a full solution with a lightweight quiver for transporting electrodes to the site; a portable drying oven with a large capacity and fast access to dry electrodes at point of application; and a stationary oven for in-house drying of electrodes in bulk.

Each SifDry machine comes with a 1 year warranty as standard.

Product Details

Our most industrial drying oven for the storage and heating of welding rods. The stationary drying oven has the capacity to hold up to 20 packs of 5kg electrodes. The heavy-duty construction includes a durable powder-coated steel exterior, radial formed perforated shelving aiding heat convection, reinforced door, latches and handle with pockets at the base of the oven for easy transport by forklift. Operating power of 4500 Watts. Max temperature of 400°C. Uses a 415v supply. Maximum recommended electrode length 450mm.
